SCHOOL & LIBRARY VISITS - author Dawn Meredith

I've run workshops and talks in schools and public libraries all over the country. My literacy workshops have even helped schools raise their NAPLAN results! My background is High School Art/English and 25 years as a Special Education Teacher, Literacy Specialist. Kids can have fun while they learn to improve their literacy skills.

I've run writing workshops for kids (adults too!) in Adelaide SA, Victor Harbour SA, Townsville QLD, Perth W.A. Canberra ACT, & Blue Mountains NSW, in schools and regional libraries. I'm happy to tackle any age group!

My aim is to create a love of reading and writing, to encourage kids to express their thoughts and feelings creatively and confidently. I have also conducted workshops for adults on writing generally as well as for the children's market. Below is my basic flyer.
